Eating healthy is very important for all of us, well balanced diet not only provides energy for whole day it also helps us to keep healthy and strong. The reason I have chosen this topic is, after my pregnancy I gained oodles of pound, I was eating healthy and balanced diet but it was not helping me in reducing single gram of my body fat, yes I am talking about my weight, as many health problems comes up in cluster along with the weight.
